摘要:
设计了一种盒装基础雷管自动收集装箱、自动分发使用的系统。实现了工业数码电子雷管生产过程中装填线与装配线之间的有机结合,使基础雷管传递自动化、连续化、无人化,适时化解了装填线运行过程中的富余产量,减少了雷管生产线上接触危险品的现场操作人数,提高了生产过程的本质安全水平,降低了员工的劳动强度和生产成本。具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract:
A system for automatic collection, packaging, and distribution of boxed plain detonators has been designed. The effective connection between the filling line and the assembly line in the production process of industrial digital electronic detonators has been achieved. The transmission of plain detonators is automated, continuous, and unmanned. It timely resolved the redundant production during the operation of the filling line. The number of on-site operators who come into contact with hazardous materials on the detonator production line is reduced. The intrinsic safety level of the production process is improved. The labor intensity of employees and the production costs are both reduced. It has good economic and social benefits.
