摘要:
文章介绍了国内外工业雷管产品和标准的现状,从标准体系结构和内容两方面对比了我国标准与欧盟EN 13763标准的差异。着重从起爆能力、抗水性能、机械强度、撞击感度、耐磨、耐割损性、耐低温断裂、抗弯等性能试验方面对比了欧盟EN 13763标准与我国标准的差异。分析了我国民爆行业对国外标准的需求形势,提出了我国工业雷管标准化工作的建议。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the actuality of industrial detonator and its standards both domestic and overseas, and contrasts the differences between EN 13763 and our standards from two aspects of the standard system and its contents. Determination of the equivalent initiating capability, resistance to hydrostatic pressure, mechanical strength, sensitiveness to impact, resistance to abrasion and cutting damage, resistance to cracking in low temperatures and resistance to bending are the emphases of the contrast. It also analyzes the trend about demanding of foreign standards in China, and gives advices to the industrial detonator standardization.
