在试验的基础上,研究了固态块状复合油相、不同比例松香和固态块状复合油相混合物取代液态复合油相对改性铵油炸药流散性的影响,并对用两种油相制造的改性铵油炸药的爆炸性能进行了测试。结果表明两种可燃剂取代液态复合油相后能够大幅提高改性铵油炸药的流散性,而且爆炸性能、生产安全性和贮存稳定性优良,适用于露天深孔岩石爆破。
Abstract:
Based on experiments, solid blocky composite oil and mixture of them were used to replace liquid composite oil in modified ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive (ANFO). The influence of two kinds of composite oil on fluidity of modified ANFO was studied, and the explosion properties of so-made explosive were tested. Results show that two kinds of composite oil could greatly improve fluidity of modified ANFO explosive, and the explosion properties and production safety and storage stability of the explosive are good, and suitable for open pit longhole blasting .
