摘要:
气流粉碎干燥硝酸铵和球磨混药连续工艺是制造改性铵油炸药的有效技术途径之一。但其产品缺陷是易吸湿,质量稳定性欠佳,机装药卷密度较大时,炸药在中深孔爆破时对爆轰波不敏感,管道效应非常明显,药卷易被爆轰波“压死”,产生“熄爆”和“残药”现象,爆破效果差。试验研究表明,采用增加蜡系抗水剂、加强工艺质量控制、添加膨化硝铵降低产品密度、辅助其它爆破等技术措施能够改善此状况,消除“残药”和“熄爆”现象,提高经济效益及爆破安全本质。
Abstract:
Crushed dry air mixed with ammonium nitrate and ballmilling process is one of the effective technical ways to produce modified ANFO. However, it has the disadvantages of easy to moisture absorption, and poor quality stability, and when machine volume charge density is large, the explosive is not sensitive to the detonation wave in deephole blasting with apparent pipeline effect, and it is easily dead pressed to make extinguishment in detonation and residual mass with poor blasting effect. Research shows that it can improve the problem by increasing antiagent wax, strengthen the process quality control, adding the expanded ammonium nitrate to reduce density, supporting other blasting techniques measures, extinguishment in detonation and residual mass can be eliminated, bring with economic benefits and blasting security.
