摘要:
文章论述了用气流粉碎干燥硝酸铵球磨混药连续工艺生产的改性铵油炸药,虽然产品的质量性能指标能达到国家标准,但在工程爆破中用φ32mm150g药卷对浅孔和深孔进行爆破效果差(特别对岩石硬度普氏系数f大于10的岩层)。针对这种情况,提出了球磨混药连续工艺的改进措施。改性铵油炸药的具体配比为硝酸铵91.8%、复合油相3.7%、木粉4.1%、改性剂0.4%为宜。
Abstract:
The article elaborates on the modified ANFO produced by continuous mixed process of jet mill grinding dry ammonium nitrate, although the quality performance of the product is up to the national standards, however, it shows poor performance in shallow hole blasting and long-hole blasting by Φ32mm 150g explosive tube (especially on the rock with hardness coefficient f greater than 10 S & P’s rock). In view of this situation, the improving method of ball milling continuous technology is propounded. The suitable ratio of ammonium nitrate, composite fuel oil, wooden powder and modifier in modified ANFO is respectively 91.8%, 3.7%, 4.1%, and 0.4%.
