以张家港联峰钢铁筒仓集群爆破拆除工程为例进行研究。为确保筒仓集群顺利失稳倾倒,结合周围环境,选择分3次逐排定向爆破的总体方案。通过对单个筒仓爆破失稳倒塌机理的分析,借鉴烟囱爆破切口设计的成功经验,对筒仓爆破切口圆心角与切口高度进行了精心设计与安全校核,最终确定爆破切口圆心角α=252°,爆破切口高度Hp=10 m。在此基础上,结合筒仓自身结构特征,对筒仓关键部位进行预处理,进一步确保筒仓集群爆破失稳倾倒的可靠性。实践证明,筒仓集群3次逐排定向爆破效果与预期基本一致,可为类似工程提供参考。
Abstract:
The blasting demolition project of silo cluster in Lianfeng Steelworks in Zhangjiagang was researched. In order to ensure the silo cluster to collapse smoothly, combined with the surrounding environment, the overall scheme of directional blasting in three rows was selected. Based on the analysis of the collapse mechanism of single silo blasting and the successful experience of chimney blasting cut design, the center angle and cut height of silo blasting cut were carefully designed and checked for safety. Finally, the center angle of the blasting cut α= 252° and the height of the blasting cut HP=10 m were determined. On this basis, combined with the structural characteristics of the silo itself, the key parts of the silo were pretreated to further ensure the reliability of the unstable dumping of the silo group blasting. The practical results show that the effect of three times of directional blasting is basically the same as expected, which can provide reference for similar projects.
