摘要:
采用定向倾倒控制爆破技术,成功拆除了复杂环境下75m高冷却塔。针对冷却塔底部直径大、可倾倒范围小的环境特点,采用预先开凿加大高度的导向窗(高4.4m、宽3.0m)和异型减荷槽、抬高爆破切口(高8.2m)、爆破切口圆心角取216°等新技术,确定合理的爆破参数、起爆网路及安全防护措施,实现冷却塔倒塌过程中充分解体,爆堆的长度和高度小,触地振动小,其爆破效果良好。
Abstract:
A 75m high cooling tower was successfully removed within the complicated environment using the directional control blasting technology. Considering the large diameter of cooling tower base and the small scope of toppling and falling, new technologies such as the precut of heightincreased oriented windows (4.4m high, 3.0m wide) and special offloading trough, the elevation of blasting cut (8.2m high) and the employment of 216 ° blasting cut central angle were applied to determine the reasonable blasting parameters, blasting network and safety protective measures. The cooling tower was completely disintegrated with decreased muck pile scale and height and ground vibration. The blasting effect is good.
