摘要:
改性铵油炸药装药密度大,在深孔爆破中容易出现“压死”现象。文中采用调整木粉细度和配比,外加一定量珍珠岩和一定量的膨化硝铵炸药等方案来降低装药密度。研究表明,调整木粉的细度及比例(3%~5%)对改善改性铵油炸药装药密度影响较小;外加1.0%~1.5%珍珠岩能有效降低装药密度,加入一定量的珍珠岩对炸药生产制备过程比较安全可靠;外加一定量(20%~30%)的膨化硝铵炸药能显著降低装药密度,加入比例越大(50%)效果越明显,同时能有效提高产品起爆感度。通过改进爆破使用方法,可有效提高改性铵油炸药深孔爆破使用效果。
Abstract:
Due to the large charge density of modified ANFO, the phenomenon of dead pressed is prone to in the deephole blasting. The experimental research to reduce the charge density by adjusting the fineness and proportion of wood powder; adding a certain amount of perlite or expanded ammonium nitrate explosive, and so on, was carried out in this paper. Results show that adjusting the fineness of the wood and proportion (3% ~ 5%) has little influence on the charge density of ANFO, while adding 1 percent to 1.5 percent of perlite can effectively reduce the charge density with good safe reliability in the explosive production. And adding a certain amount(20%~30%)of the expanded ammonium nitrate explosive could significantly reduce the charge density, the greater the proportion of accession (50%), the more obvious effect, and at the same time it could effectively improve product initiation sensitivity. By improving the use of blasting methods it can also improving the deephole blasting effect of modified ANFO.
