摘要:
针对电点火头发火一致性差而影响电子雷管精度的问题,设计了点火头发火电压、发火时间的测试电路系统,研究了LDNP(二硝基酚铅)系不同桥丝直径的点火头发火电压和发火时间的一致性。结果表明:在一定范围内,该点火头发火电压、发火时间及发火时间标准偏差随桥丝直径的减小而减小;当桥丝直径减小至16 μm时,发火电压波动较大,出现瞎火;18 μm桥丝直径的点火头,其发火电压一致性较好,其发火时间标准偏差较小,能满足电子雷管性能的要求。
Abstract:
To solve the problems that the poor igniting consistency of fuse head affect the accuracy of the electronic detonator, a circuit testing ignition voltage and ignition time of fuse head was designed. Igniting consistency of ignition voltage and ignition time of fuse head based on LDNP with different bridge wire diameters was tested. Results show that ignition voltage, ignition time and standard deviation of ignition time decrease with the decreasing of the bridge wire diameter to a certain range.When bridge wire diameter is reduced to 16 μm, there is a large fluctuation for ignition voltage, and blind fire appears.Fuse head with a bridge wire diameter of 18 μm has a better consistency of ignition voltage and smaller standard deviation of ignition time, which meets the performance requirements of the electronic detonator.
