摘要:
为提高大曲率非对称匝道桥爆破拆除的成功率,针对大曲率非对称匝道桥的特点,以南京市汉中门匝道桥爆破拆除为工程实例,重点介绍了桥台预处理、预留0.5~1.5 m桥墩立柱、修筑1.5~2.5 m沙袋轮胎缓冲墙及重要管线上方铺设16 mm钢板等预处理技术措施和防止滑移的保护措施。在此基础上,为控制桥体塌落过程的姿态,防止侧翻,桥墩起爆顺序选择50 ms及310 ms两个延期时间,再辅以直接防护、桥墩近距离防护和桥墩远距离防护等爆破飞石防护措施。结果表明,预处理及选择的爆破方案能使上部桥体平稳塌落,未出现侧翻及滑移,选择的飞石防护措施和地下管线保护措施安全有效。
Abstract:
Blasting demolition of the ramp bridge at Hanzhongmen in Nanjing was introduced as an engineering example. In order to improve the success rate of blasting demolition of an asymmetric ramp bridge with large curvature, according to the characteristics of the asymmetric ramp bridge with large curvature, pretreatment technical measures and protection measures to prevent sliding, such as bridge abutment pretreatment, reserving 0.5-1.5 m pier column, building 1.5-2.5 m sand bag tire buffer wall and laying 16 mm steel plate above important pipelines, were mainly introduced. On this basis, in order to control the attitude of bridge collapse and prevent rollover, two delay times of 50 ms and 310 ms were selected for the initiation sequence of piers, supplemented by direct protection, short distance protection and long distance protection. Results show that pre-treatment and blasting scheme can make the upper bridge collapse smoothly without rollover and sliding, and the measures to prevent flying rock and to protect underground pipeline are safe and effective.
