摘要:
试验研究了储能式焊线机相关性能参数、原材料质量、工装模具等对焊线质量的影响,对影响储能式焊线机焊线质量的各因素进行了分析。控制焊线质量的措施:控制爆破线柔软度,根据爆破线的差异及时调整储能式焊线机相关技术参数,提高工装模具的精度和使用寿命等。
Abstract:
The relavant performance parameters of energy-preserving welding machine, the quality of raw material and the mold tooling etc as the critical influence factors for the quality of welding wire were studied and analyzed in detail. The measurements in the quality control of the welding wire were proposed as the flexibility control of detonation fuse, the adjustment of related technical parameters of energypreserving welding machine according to the difference of the detonation fuses, the precision and service life improvement of the tooling model, and so on.
