摘要:
简述了一种敞开式无动力冷却器的设计思路,讨论了传热面积、传热系数、冷却水温度及流速对冷却效率和乳胶基质的影响因素。乳胶基质在冷却介质中停留6~10s,可由95℃冷却至55℃以下,该冷却器占地面积在1.5m2以内。
Abstract:
This paper introduced an open and unpowered cooler, and studied the influence of heat transfer areas, heat transmit coefficient, the temperature and flow of cooling water on the cooling efficiency and latex matrix. 6~10s’stay in the cooling medium could cool the matrix from 95℃ to below 55℃. And this cooler covers only an area of 1.5 m2.
