摘要:
乳化炸药生产线的故障诊断问题一直是乳化炸药安全领域十分必要且有意义的课题。文章提出以故障模式及影响分析为基础的故障树分析法,并应用于乳化炸药的生产过程中。这种方法不仅可以对造成乳化炸药产品质量不合格的原因进行定性分析和定量分析,还可以通过分析这些原因,对生产过程中存在的潜在问题加以解决。
Abstract:
The fault diagnosis of emulsion explosive production line is always a quite required and significant task in the security field of emulsified explosive production. In this paper, a fault tree analysis (FTA) method combined with failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) is proposed and applied in the production of explosive. This method can not only make qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis for the reasons that cause quality failure of emulsified explosive, but also can resolve potential problems exiting in the production if emulsified explosive by taking the reasons into consideration.
