文章论述了一种多元易发泡型复合乳化剂,它含水溶性和油溶性两种类型的乳化剂,能将内相中硝酸铵溶液极个别硝酸铵分子外移至外相,与亚硝酸钠水溶液NO2相遇后,即产生气泡(N2),使乳胶基质敏化成乳化炸药,消除了化学敏化中二元敏化、后效及混合不均匀的问题。
Abstract:
A new kind of multielement foaming composite emulsifying agent (DGN emulsifying agent), which has watersoluble and oilsoluble surfactant molecules, was introduced. At the effect of DGN emulsifying agent, few ammonium nitrate molecules in the solution of inner phase could transfer to external phase, react with nitrite (NO2) in sodium nitrite solution and bring out nitrogen bubbles (N2), sensitizing the emulsified bases to emulsion explosive. It owns the advantages of stable emulsified bases, good detonation performance and waterproof property, eliminating the nonuniform mixing problem in chemical sensitization.
