摘要:
用DSC-TG联用仪得到乳化炸药在不同加热速率下的DSC、TG-DTG图谱。通过图谱对比,研究了乳化炸药热分解特性。研究表明,乳化炸药在被加热初期失重缓慢平稳,失重的主要原因是失水。这些水主要是游离于乳化炸药中的水和被加热时少量乳化微粒破乳后释放的水。乳化炸药热分解外推起始分解温度约245℃。
Abstract:
DSC-TG instrument was employed to get the DSC and TG-DTG diagrams of emulsion explosives respectively under different heating velocities. Through the comparative analysis of the diagrams, the thermal decomposition characters of emulsion explosives were studied. The result shows that at the initial stage of heating, the weight loss is gradual, the main reason of which is water loss. The water lost is mainly that dissociated in emulsion explosives or that released by the emulsion breakdown of some small emulsion particles when they are heated. The temperature at extrapolation start of decomposition is about 245℃
