摘要:
文章结合粉状乳化炸药机械制粉工艺的特点,从乳化剂、油相材料、添加剂三个方面对新工艺的配方及乳化工艺条件对炸药性能的影响进行了论述。结果表明,采用新配方经机械制粉工艺制备的粉状乳化炸药与喷雾制粉工艺产品爆炸性能接近,并且堆积密度大、流散性好。
Abstract:
Combined with the obvious characteristic of the mechanical pulverization technics of powdery emulsion explosive, the effect of the new formulation and technics condition on the explosive performance was discussed in this paper,from the aspects of emulsifier, wax and solid additive. Results showed that the detonation performance of the powdery emulsion explosive which was produced from mechanical pulverization technics with the new formulation was near to the performance of the conventional explosive. At the same time, it was proved that its bulk density was larger and the fluidity of the powder was much better.
