摘要:
文章分别研究了表面活性剂、油相材料和木粉水分对连续生产线上膨化硝铵炸药结块性影响。研究发现,表面活性剂、高熔点油相、低水分木粉可以降低炸药结块性,尤其以表面活性剂的防结块效果最佳;同时采用表面活性剂、高熔点油相和低水分木粉能有效解决夏季高湿环境下全连续生产线上膨化硝铵炸药结块问题,以保证产品爆炸和贮存性能稳定。
Abstract:
In this paper, the influence of surfactants, oil phase materials and wood powder moisture on caking of expanded ammonium nitrate explosives in the fully continuous process line was studied. Research showed that surfactants, oil phase with high melting point and wood powder of low moisture could reduce the caking strength of the explosives, especially the surfactants obtains the best anticaking effect. With the all application of the surfactants, high melting point oil and low water wood powder together, the caking problem of the expanded ammonium nitrate explosives in the fully continuous production line under high humidity condition in summer could be effectively solved, and ensuring the stability of explosion and storage properties of the product.
