摘要:
膨化硝铵炸药是一种常见的工业炸药,该文通过20 L爆炸球对其粉尘爆炸的危险性进行了试验研究,并和玉米淀粉粉尘进行了比较。研究结果表明,膨化硝铵炸药发生粉尘爆炸的可能性很小,在50~1100 g/m3的浓度范围均未发生粉尘爆炸;玉米淀粉有着粉尘爆炸的危险。所得结果为它们的生产及使用安全提供了必要的参考。
Abstract:
Expanded ammonium nitrate explosive (EANE) is a common industrial explosive. Dust explosive hazard of EANE was investigated by 20 L explosion chamber test, with corn starch compared. The results show that the possibility of dust explosion of EANE is very small, and dust explosion will not happen in the concentration from 50 g/m3 to 1100 g/m3, while corn starch dust has the danger of dust explosion. These results provide great reference for the safe production and usage of them.
