摘要:
文章基于有限元分析的方法,对螺杆泵在泵送乳化炸药过程中的温度分布规律进行分析,认为不同转速下泵内的温度分布规律是一致的,并不随着转速的改变而变化;增加螺杆泵的转速虽然乳胶基质的温度没有明显变化,但是乳胶基质的温升速率却有显著的上升。
Abstract:
Based on the finite element method, the temperature distribution rule of screw pump used in pumping process of emulsion explosive was studied. The results show that temperature distribution rule of pump is consistent with different speed, and does not change as rotating speed changes. With the increase of rotating speed, the temperature of emulsion matrix has no significant change, but the temperature rise rate increased obviously.
