摘要:
M型雷管在实际生产时针刺感度不稳定,通过试验排查,认定针刺药中硫化锑组分含杂质,影响了针刺药的针刺感度。通过工艺优化提高硫化锑纯度,同时对药剂粒度筛选及测定药剂粉末度的工艺过程进行优化。试验结果表明:优化后,针刺药各组分间接触紧密,更有利于热点的形成,粒度匹配性好,针刺药针刺感度有所提高,一致性较好。
Abstract:
Stab sensitivity of M-type stab detonator was found unstable during practical production. It was concluded by experimental investigation that the impurity of antimony sulfide in stab composition has affected its stab sensitivity. The purity of antimony sulfide was improved correspondingly by process optimization in cooperation with optimizing particle screening and antimony sulfide powder measurement. The results show the closer contact among the optimized components in favor of the construction of hot spots, good match of particle sizes, improved stab sensitivity and better consistency.
