摘要:
为了提高爆破质量,降低采矿成本,石人沟铁矿应用了现场混装乳化炸药,通过与应用成品炸药进行对比分析,对爆破参数进行了优化,取得了较好的爆破效果。落矿爆破克服了施工作业中的各种不利因素,每排减少3个炮孔,每次爆破缩短约3 h,爆破后爆堆均匀,排列整齐,大块率显著降低;切割井及拉槽爆破解决了应用成品炸药时施工速度慢、多次爆破施工难度大、危险性大、成本高的难题,一次爆破即可达到预期效果,提高了生产效率;平巷掘进爆破克服了使用2#岩石粉状乳化炸药时施工速度慢、断面炮孔数量多、一次爆破进尺率低等缺点,实现每个断面减少20~23个炮孔,爆破进尺率由83%提高到100%,显著提高了掘进速度。为其他地下矿山采用现场混装乳化炸药技术进行爆破作业提供了参考。
Abstract:
In order to improve quality and reduce mining cost, on-site mixed emulsion explosive was used in blasting of Shirengou Iron Mine. Blasting parameters were optimized by comparing with the application of finished explosive to achieve better blasting outcome. The blasting can overcome all kinds of disadvantages during the construction, reduce three blasting holes in each row, and save about three hours for each operation. The blasted pile was uniform and in order after blasting and had a significantly reduced block rate. Cut-raise and slotting blasting resolved the shortcoming of slow construction speed of finished explosives and difficult construction, high risk and cost of multiple blasting. Expected blasting effects can be achieved by one blasting, and the production efficiency can be improved. Drift blasting overcomes the shortcomings of slow construction speed, large number of cross-section boreholes and low blasting footage when using 2# rock powder emulsion explosive, thus reduces the borehole number to 20 to 23 per cross-section and increases the blasting footage from 83% to 100%. Driving speed is significantly improved. It can provide a reference for other underground blasting of mines to use on-site mixed emulsion explosive.
