摘要:
低感炸药机械感度的传统测试方法是撞击感度爆炸百分率法和Bruceton上下法,现普遍采用的落锤仪导轨受高度的限制,用这两种方法无法得到50%爆炸响应点即H50值,也无法得到落高均值μ和方差σ的估计,故不能完全反映低感炸药在外界刺激下的安全性能。针对上述问题,采用OSTR(one-shot transformed response)方法测试了低感炸药的低爆炸响应点,为低感炸药的安全性能测试及使用提供进一步的信息和评估依据。研究表明:在低感和钝感炸药的机械撞击安全性能测试中,使用OSTR法可以得到较为准确的均值μ及方差σ,并经外推,可预估低爆炸概率点的估计值。单元试验发数m的选取对均值的估计影响较小,但对方差的估计有一定的影响,随着m的增大,σ偏小的程度减小,这样得到的极低爆炸概率点的估计更为准确;但m较大时所需的总试验量N较大。综合考虑,m取6或8较为适宜。
Abstract:
The conventional methods to test the sensitivity of low sensitive explosives are the exploded percentage of explosive method and the Bruceton "up and down" method. Because of the limitation of the height of the falling hammer machine, in some condition the sensitivity of low sensitive explosive (such as H50, μ and σ ) cannot be measured by above the two methods. So it cannot completely reflect the safety property of low sensitive explosive with external stimulus. In order to provide further information and evidence for the safety property tests and using of low sensitive explosive, the sensitivity of PBX-3 explosive was tested on drop hammer machine with the oneshot transform response (OSTR) method. The test results indicate that more reasonable average μ and variance σ are obtained with OSTR method in the collision tests and that the low exploded percentiles estimation can be made by extrapolating. Besides, the choice of unit test number m has little effect on the estimation of average, but it has some effect on the estimation of variance. As m increases, the decreased tendency of variance σ reduces and the low exploded percentiles estimation becomes more accuracy. But the total number N that tests need is much higher when m is larger.Based on the consideration, unit test number m is 6 or 8.
