摘要:
根据硫化矿爆破中孔内炸药自燃机理,采用在水相中添加化学抑制剂、油相中添加高韧性材料、增加乳胶粒子油膜强度、提高隔离效果的化学物理方法,研制了防自燃混装乳化炸药。质量分数为1.5%~3.5%添加剂1#和0~1.5%矿物油的防自燃混装乳化炸药在95℃下与硫化矿粉接触而不发生反应,表现出了良好的相容性。提高了混装乳化炸药在硫化矿爆破应用中的安全性。
Abstract:
According to the spontaneous combustion mechanism of explosive used in sulphide ore, chemical and physical methods were developed such as the addition of the chemical inhibitor in aqueous phase solution and the high toughness material in oil phase. The oil film strength of latex particles and the isolation effects between the mixed emulsion explosive and the sulfide minerals were improved. Results show that antispontaneous combustion mixed emulsion explosive containing 1.5%-3.5% additive 1# and 0-1.5% mineral oil does not react when it contact with sulphide ore at 95℃, which exhibits better compatibility. The security has been improved when the mixed emulsion explosive is used in the explosion of sulphide ore.
