摘要:
文章通过对乳化炸药稳定性影响因素分析,通过控制变频器乳化机转速稳定在1136~1278 r/min之间,采用复合燃料代替单一燃料、复合乳化剂斯盘—80:聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺为41代替单一乳化剂控制乳化温度90~100℃等措施;通过控制化学敏化温度在48~50℃的范围内,保证了设备性能、物料配比、工艺条件的始终匹配。
Abstract:
The factors affecting the emulsion explosive stability was analyzed combining the actual situation of the production line. Results show that when the rotational velocity of emulsion machine is controlled to 1136~1278 r/min, composite fuel replace single fuel, compound emulsifier of Span—80 and polyisobutylene succinimide (4:1) replace single emulsifier, the emulsion temperature controlled at 90~100℃, the chemical sensitization temperature in 48 ~ 50℃, the equipment performance, the material ratio and the technology conditions were ensured to keep a good match.
