摘要:
利用化学改性后的大豆磷脂与Span-80按照一定比例混合配制复合乳化剂并用于乳化炸药的制备,高低温循环试验后的爆速和殉爆距离测试结果表明,复合乳化剂制备的乳化炸药稳定性较好;通过单滴法考察了复合乳化剂乳化体系油膜强度和稳定性能,结果表明,复合乳化剂的界面吸附膜强度增加,乳胶的稳定性得以提高。
Abstract:
Chemical modified phospholipids and Span80 are mixed in a proportion to prepare composite emulsifier, and than used in the production of emulsion explosive. The testing results of detonation velocity and sympathetic detonation after high low temperature cycle experiment, show that the stability of the soprepared emulsion explosive by the composite emulsifier. And by single droplet method, oil film intensity and the stability of emulsion system were studied and the results show that they are both enhanced.
