摘要:
为提高多孔粒状铵油炸药现场混装车的计量精度,采用离散元法(DEM),以定量底螺旋的输送质量流量稳定性变异系数Cv、螺旋单圈输送量Q0以及螺旋轴扭矩M为评价指标,对定量底螺旋的输送稳定性进行研究。结果表明,多孔粒状铵油炸药混装车采用变距底螺旋输送多孔粒状硝酸铵时,螺旋输送质量流量更稳定,输送质量流量的Cv最低可达到5.51%;在统计范围内,变距底螺旋的Q0范围为3.12~3.19 kg,Cv仅为1.00%,相较等距底螺旋受螺旋转速的影响较小;在相同转速条件下,变距底螺旋轴的平均扭矩比等距底螺旋要低,且在统计范围内Cv为4.29%,较等距底螺旋更稳定、更节能。对比的实际标定单圈输送量与仿真结果表明,该仿真方法可靠。
Abstract:
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of on-site mixed vehicle of ANFO, the discrete element method was used to study the conveying stability of the quantitative bottom screw conveyor, using the coefficient of variation (Cv) of the mass flow rate stability of the quantitative bottom screw, the single-turn conveying volume of the screw conveyor, and the screw conveyor shaft torque as evaluation indicators. The results show that the mixed vehicles of ANFO using variable-pitch bottom screw conveyor to convey porous granular ammonium nitrate have a more stable mass flow rate, and the lowest Cv of the mass flow rate stability reaches 5.51%. Within the statistical range, the single-turn conveying volume of the variable pitch screw conveyor ranges from 3.12 to 3.19 kg, with a Cv of only 1.00%, showing less influence from the screw conveyor rotation speed compared to a constant pitch screw conveyor. Under the same rotation speed conditions, the average torque of the variable pitch screw conveyor shaft is lower than that of the constant pitch screw conveyor, with a Cv of 4.29%, demonstrating greater stability and energy conservation. The comparison between the actual calibrated single-turn conveying volume and the simulation results shows that this simulation method is reliable.
