选用某雷管厂批量生产的刚性雷管点火头,采用LGS-2A型毫秒雷管测试仪,研究在1.0~4.0 A电流范围内灼热桥丝式电雷管点火头发火时间随电流强度的变化规律。对试验数据分析发现,灼热桥丝式电雷管点火头的发火时间随着试验电流强度的增大而减小,并逐步趋于稳定;同时,不同电雷管点火头在同一电流强度下的发火时间差异也逐渐减小。确定了电雷管点火头的稳定发火时间为0.7 ms。
Abstract:
A rigid detonator fusehead and a LGS-2A millisecond detonator tester were chosen to study the effect of current intensity (1.0-4.0 A) on the ignition time of hot bridge-wire electric fusehead. Experimental results show that the ignition time of hot bridge-wire electric fusehead decreases with the increase of current intensity at first, and then tends to be stable. Meanwhile, the ignition time difference for different detonator fuseheads at same current intensity reduces gradually. The stable ignition time of electric fusehead is confirmed as 0.7 ms.
