摘要:
为了获得较优的某线型聚能装药主要结构参数,运用正交设计方法对其进行优化设计,采用L27(313)正交表获得了不同的试验方案,利用ANSYS/LS—DYNA对各方案进行了数值模拟,获得了不同方案的最大射流速度和射流断裂前的最大长度,其中,最大的射流速度和射流长度分别为5622.13 m/s和151.41 mm,经过对数值模拟结果的分析获得了最佳的参数组合方案。结果分析表明,对于射流速度,各因素对其影响规律为δ→2α→a→b,最佳参数组合方案为2α33-a3-b3;对于射流长度,各因素对其影响规律为δ→a→2α→b,从上述正交优化表中获得的最佳参数组合方案为2α11-a2-b2
Abstract:
The different projects of the main structure parameters of some linear shaped charge(LSC) were designed with L27(313) orthogonal table by the orthogonal optimization method. To obtain better main structure parameters of LSC, all projects were simulated numerically by means of ANSYS/LS—DYNA program. The maximum jet velocity and the maximum prebreakup jet length of the different projects were obtained as 5622.13 m/s and 151.41 mm respectively. The optimal projects were achieved by analyzing the simulation results. Various factors dominating the jet velocity is δ→2α→a→b, and the best projects from the orthogonal table is 〖WTBX〗2α33-a3-b3 . For the jet length, the various dominant factors is δ→a→2α→b, and the best projects from the orthogonal table is 2α11-a2-b2.
