摘要:
文章根据粉状炸药在高温高湿季节生产过程中易硬化结块的问题,提出了掺加珍珠岩解决该问题的方法,详细研究了珍珠岩改善粉状炸药爆炸性能的内在作用机理,并提出了在高温高湿条件下加入珍珠岩改善粉状炸药爆炸性能的应用方案。通过试验数据对比证明,该方案有效地改变了粉状炸药硬化结块的缺点,同时也达到了改进粉状炸药爆炸性能的目的。
Abstract:
Perlite was added into powder explosive to solve the problem of hardening and agglomeration in production process on high temperature and humidity season. The mechanism that the properties of powder explosive were improved by perlite was studied. The application method, which perlite was added into powder explosive to improve explosion properties on high temperature and humidity conditions, was also proposed. The results were compared and showed that this method effectively avoided hardening and agglomeration of powder explosive and improved the explosion properties of powder explosive.
