摘要:
文章通过对塑料导爆管生产过程中安全事故原因的分析,确定了生产过程中的危险源。根据一系列试验结果,提出了下药装置安全防护方案,并提出了机头堵药安全连锁自动控制及在线药量显示系统,是导爆管生产的本质化安全、自动化的发展方向。
Abstract:
By analyzing the cause of security incidents during the manufacturing process of nonel tube, this paper ascertained the hazard source in the process. Based on the outcome of a series of tests, the security protection measures for charging device is put forward, and the security interlock automatic control system for the explosive blockage at the die head and display system of online charge are also brought forward, which is the development direction of essential security and automation in production of nonel tube.
