摘要:
闪光X射线系统是一种高速辐射摄影系统,它使用100~500 kV的高压脉冲激发X射线管产生时间非常短(10-8s)的X射线脉冲,因此能够穿透火光、烟雾、金属壳体,对爆炸、碰撞、冲击等过程进行拍摄,为高速运动研究提供有效的测试手段;瑞典Scandiflash AB公司的model 300 kV闪光X射线系统由控制台、高压脉冲发生器、X射线管组成,输出高压100~300 kV,产生的X射线可穿透10 mm钢板,利用该系统拍摄到爆炸网络、冲击片雷管爆炸过程,并对爆炸图像做简要分析。
Abstract:
The flash X-ray system is one type of high speed radiography system. Very short X-ray pulses (about 10-8 seconds) can be produced by the system through stimulations of high voltage pulses about 100 to 500 kilo-voltage, which makes it possible to record high speed phenomena like blast, collision and impact, penetrating the shields like firelight, smog, metal shells etc. It provides a very useful testing means for us to explore high speed phenomena. The model 300KV flash X-ray system of Scandiflash AB includes console, high voltage pulse producer and X-ray tube. It can export high voltage covering the range from 100 to 300 kV, and the X-ray produced by the flash X-ray system can penetrates through an armor plate of 10 millimeters. The explosion processes of explosive network and slapper detonator are recorded through this flash X-ray system, and the photograph captured is analyzed as well.
