摘要:
引述框架结构爆破拆除基本原理及本次机立窑生产线拆除爆破设计方案。分析了后排立柱底端爆破的优点,提出避免后坐产生的方法,分析了该次后排不爆破的弊病。后排不爆破使后排爆破堆积高度达17.5m,相当于框架厚度的1.842倍;主体塌散距离仅23m,只相当于框架高度的0.96倍,造成清渣成本倍增,工期延长,不安全性增加。
Abstract:
The basic principles of blasting demolition of frame structure and the demolition blasting proposal of shaft kiln production lines are quoted. The benefits of the bottom column blasted are analyzed, and the method to avoid or reduce the emergence of recoil as well as the drawbacks of having back columns not blasted is put forward. The piled height of the back reaches 17.5m after blasting, equivalent to 1.842 times of the frame in thickness; the distance of the main collapse scattered is 23m, only 0.96 times of the frame in height, so that the cost of slag clearance doubled, the period extended, and insecurity increased.
