摘要:
文中讨论了硅对一种新的硅系延期药(Pb3O4-Si-Cy)延期精度的影响。实验发现,随着硅比表面积的增大,该延期药燃速变慢;硅的加工生产方法和产地不同,使延期药的燃速和延期精度也不同。因此认为,生产这种毫秒延期药时要慎重选择原料,控制爆破作业中切不可在同一爆破网路中使用不同规格硅生产的延期雷管,以防造成串段问题。
Abstract:
In this paper, it is mainly discussed that the performance of silicon has an effect of the silicon type delay composition in terms of delay time and delay accuracy. Experiments show that as the larger change of Si surface area, the burning rate of delay composition is becoming slower. And the burning rate and precision of delay composition are different with the different producing method and origin area of Si. Thus it is considered that the raw material should be carefully selected in the production of millisecond delay composition, and different standards of delay detonators should not be used in one network project of controlled blasting.
