介绍了苦味酸钾单质延期药的制备原理、合成工艺及应用于20ms等间隔导爆管延期雷管的装配性能试验。主要性能试验结果表明，采用合适的晶形控制剂制得的苦味酸钾单质延期药具有火焰感度好、点火能力强、延期精度高及安定性好的特点，能满足20ms等间隔导爆管延期雷管的技术要求。

In this paper, the manufacturing principle and synthesis process of potassium picrate single delay composition are introduced, and the assembly performance tests of its application to 20ms interval delay detonator with shockconducting tube are also studied. The main performance tests indicated the potassium picrate single delay composition acquired by the use of appropriate crystal form control agents has the good flame sensitivity, strong ignition ability, high extension precision and good stability, which satisfies the technical requirements of the 20ms interval delay detonator with shockconducting tube.
