摘要:
德国威马格(Vemag)机械设备有限公司生产的HP型灌装机与深圳市金奥博科技有限公司提供的德国迪博泰(TipperTie)公司生产的RC-12型装药机(热合打卡机)配套使用,作为装药设备尚未有在乳化炸药生产技术上的应用实例。通过理论分析和试验检测等手段,对该套组合装药设备在中低温乳化炸药生产线上使用的可行性进行研究。结论为HP型灌装机和RC-12型装药机连用,在中低温乳化炸药生产线上使用是安全的、匹配的和可靠的,技术方案是可行的。
Abstract:
There is no application examples on assembling both HP filling machine (Vemag, Germany) and RC-12 charge machine (Shenzhen King Explorer Science and Technology Co. Ltd)in emulsion explosive production. Theoretical analysis and testing technology were conducted to discuss the feasibility of combined use on production lines of middlelow temperature emulsion explosive. The conclusion is that the usage is safe, matched and reliable. The technical proposal is feasible.
