摘要:
针对截面呈弧锥结合状的变壁厚环形药型罩结构,应用非线性有限元软件完成了爆炸载荷下弧锥结合罩形成环形爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)过程的数值模拟。与等壁厚、环锥形、环球形三种情况进行了对比,分析了曲率半径和锥角两种因素对环形EFP成型的影响。结果表明:合理调节药型罩壁厚能有效降低内外罩径向速度差,获得竖直向下的环形EFP;环弧锥结合形EFP比环锥形EFP成型好、速度高、材料利用率高,比环球形EFP密实度好、侵彻能力强;曲率半径和锥角在选择上可进行优化,为进一步研究提供了参考。
Abstract:
In terms of the annular liner with variation thickness which presents arccone shape on its cross section, the formation of annular EFP from arccone liner under explosion load was simulated based on the nonlinear finite element software. The influence on formation by cone angle and curvature radius has been analyzed through comparing arccone liner with 3 different types of liner, which include annular sphere, annular cone and annular arccone with equal thickness. Results showed that the designed liner was able to form annular EFP with vertical downward direction, and the radial velocity difference between inner and outer with liner reduced effectively. Compared to annular sphere EFP, annular arccone ones have the advantages of high speed, better formation and high material utilization. Meanwhile, the annular arccone EFP had have better compactness and penetration than annular ones. Moreover, cone angle and curvature radius could be optimized which provide the reference for further study.
