摘要:
通过对乳化炸药生产线的深入研究,找出了生产线可能存在的故障点及其危害性,并设计了一套基于IPC、PLC和智能调节器相结合的智能故障诊断系统,在VC++6.0集成开发环境下对系统进行了模拟仿真。结果显示该系统故障诊断定位准确,为将来乳化炸药生产线安全检测与故障诊断的发展方向提供了较为实用的参考建议。
Abstract:
The process flow of emulsion explosive production line was analyzed in this paper, and the existing fault points and their damage of the production process were pointed. According to the hardware frame involving industrial personal computer (IPC), programmable logic computer (PLC) and intelligent adjuster, the intelligent fault diagnosis system was designed and tested under the VC++6.0. The result shows that this system can make exact fault orientation and offer a valid reference to the development direction of safety monitoring and fault diagnosis for emulsion explosive production line.
