摘要:
以硝酸肼镍为点火药基药,利用零氧平衡原理设计出一种新型电点火头,并进行了性能测试。试验研究结果表明,零氧平衡配方的点火头,其发火冲能比较低,发火时间精度高,发火可靠性和发火一致性较好。新型电点火头在储存期间,发火时间会逐渐增加到某一个值,然后不再变化;发火时间极差先降低后升高,最后基本保持不变。
Abstract:
A new kind of electric fusehead containing nickel hydrazine nitrate as ignition charge was designed using zero oxygen balance principle, and the performance was tested. Experimental study shows that firing energy of the electric fusehead with zero oxygen balance is relatively low, the delay accuracy is higher, and the consistency of ignition is better. During the storage period, the firing time will gradually increases to a certain level, and then no longer changes.Range of firing time first decreases and then increases, and finally remains essentially unchanged.
