摘要:
采用故障树分析方法对某型燃烧弹故障问题进行了分析,建立了产品作用可靠率低的故障树,结合产品结构和试验故障现象进行故障树分析,指出引信体锥面角度过大和装药强度不足是故障产生的主要原因,通过采用减小引信体锥面角度、增加压药密度等措施,并经试验验证,对故障进行了有效归零;同时,提出了故障树分析方法在轻武器弹药故障分析领域应用的基本步骤和方法,对于故障树分析方法应用领域的拓展有一定借鉴作用。
Abstract:
The fault tree analysis method was used to solve the abnormal functioning failure of a kind of incendiary bomb. The fault tree with low action rate has been established. The fault analysis has also been carried out according to the product structures and failure phenomenon. The failure is mainly generated by large cone angle of the fuze body and insufficient charge density, and thus can be reduced by means of decreasing the former and enhancing the latter. By experimental verification, the fault has been clear up effectively. Moreover, the basic procedures used in small arms and their ammunitions were also proposed with the specific examples. It provides a certain reference for extending the boundaries of the application of fault tree analysis method.
