摘要:
以黄河凌汛期采用爆破法破冰防凌为背景,利用有限元软件ANSYS/LSDYNA建立了高能破冰弹水下破冰动态响应模型,对高能破冰弹在侵彻冰盖瞬间弹体各部位的应力分布、弹体引信延期时间以及弹体在水下爆炸破碎冰盖过程等主要破冰参数进行了数值模拟,并在黄河破冰防凌现场进行了相同当量药包的模拟破冰试验。模拟试验显示药包放置在水下4.5 m左右对冰盖破碎范围最大。研究结果可为高能破冰弹弹体的优化设计与利用迫击炮发射高能破冰弹进行黄河爆破法破冰排凌作业提供理论支持。
Abstract:
The dynamic response model was established using largescale finite element software ANSYS/LSDYNA for the ice breaking process by highenergy icebreaking bomb as the routine approach to ice prevention during the ice flood season of the Yellow River. Numerical simulation were carried out on stress distribution within the bomb at the moment of ice sheet penetrating, the delay time of bomb detonator and the floating ice sheet breaking process by underwater bomb. The onsite trial tests for ice sheet breaking and ice prevention at the Yellow River were conducted using the bomb with same explosive equivalent. It shows the largest ice sheet breaking scale when the bomb is placed 4.5 m underneath the bottom of floating ice sheet. The study can provide theoretical support for the optimized design of highenergy icebreaking bomb and ice breaking operation for ice sheet breaking and ice prevention at the Yellow River.
