摘要:
针对目前无法定量评价塑料导爆管与药粉粘附性能的现状,设计出一种定量测定导爆管药粉粘附性的方法。该方法将20 m导爆管截成160根等长小段,捆扎后垂直放入震动试验机中震动5 min,利用震动前后导爆管的质量差及药粉总标称质量即可计算出药粉的脱落率。利用此方法分别测定了由塑料牌号Q281、N210和1I2A制备的导爆管的药粉粘附性能。结果表明:Q281的药粉脱落率为36.2%~37.5%,总体标准偏差为0.48;N210的药粉脱落率为33.5%~34.4%,总体标准偏差为0.47;1I2A的药粉脱落率为26.3%~27.6%,总体标准偏差为0.70。
Abstract:
A new quantitative method was designed in dealing with the absence of quantitative assessment on the adhesivity of explosive powder to detonating tube. 20 meter long detonating tube was sectioned into 160 equal parts, and then packed and shocked in shock tester for 5 minutes. The expulsion rate can be calculated by the weight difference before and after shocking and the total weight of explosive powder. The adhesivity of detonating tube made from Q281,N210 and 1I2A was also measured. Results showed that expulsion rate of explosive powder was 36.2%37.5% with a standard deviation of 0.48 for Q281,33.5%34.4% with a standard deviation of 0.47 for N210, and 26.3%27.6% with a standard deviation of 0.70 for 1I2A.
