摘要:
黑索今(RDX)具有危险性大、流散性差的特性,因而在连续计量加料过程中会出现安全隐患以及计量不准确。为解决这些问题,设计了一种防静电电子皮带秤装置,并通过RDX粉体安息角测定,设计了合理的料仓。文章详细阐述了该装置的结构及工作原理,并对RDX粉料进行了多次计量试验。结果表明:该自动计量加料装置对RDX粉料的输送均匀稳定,料仓内不会出现"架桥断料"现象,安全性能好,且计量误差小于1.0%,能满足RDX粉料连续精确计量加料的需要。
Abstract:
RDX inherently presents high risk and poor fluxion property, which would give rise to potential safety hazard and imprecise metering during the continuous metering and feeding process. To solve these problems, a new design of the anti-electrostatic electronic belt scaling equipment was constructed and a rational hopper was designed also by measuring the angle of repose of RDX powder. Its structure and working principle were clarified in detail, and a series of metering experiments for RDX powder were conducted. The results showed that this automatic metering equipment could transport RDX powder steadily and evenly with high safety performance, the hopper could not be bridged, and the metering errors is less than 1.0%. It can meet the requirement of continuous precise metering of RDX powder during feeding.
