摘要:
通过对废弃HTPB推进剂能量特性、安全性和相容性分析,该文论证了将其改制为民用炸药的合理性和可行性。依据零氧平衡原则与起爆试验,选择HTPB为主体成分,AP为氧化剂,NC为敏化剂,共同组成改制HAN炸药,而三者的最佳配比由体系的最大放热原则决定。依据HAN炸药的爆炸反应方程式,对爆热、爆速、爆压、爆容等爆轰参数进行理论计算,并通过相应测试对理论值进行验证。结果表明:废弃HTPB推进剂粉碎至1mm粒径的颗粒后,按最佳配比添加AP和NC可改制为民用炸药。该产品爆轰参数的理论值与试验值相当,整体爆轰性能达到常用铵锑炸药水平。
Abstract:
The paper demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of preparation of civil explosive HAN with discarded HTPB propellant on the basis of its energetic feature, security and compatibility analysis. According to the principle of zero oxygen balance and detonation experiments, taking HTPB as the main component, AP as oxidant and NC as sensitizer, HAN explosive are composed. The best ratio among the three substances is determined by the maximum heating principle. The explosion heat, velocity, pressure and volume are theoretically calculated and verified by the corresponding tests according to detonation equation of HAN explosive. The results show that discarded HTPB propellant can be transformed into powdery explosives by adding AP and NC powder in the optimized proportion after smashed into particle about 1mm. The theoretical detonation parameters of the HAN explosive amount to the experimental value, and the overall detonation performance reaches the level of commonly used ammonite explosive.
