摘要:
文章从现场混装乳化炸药生产到爆破施工,分别对影响成本因素进行了分析,并用改进层次分析法对各因素影响成本权重值进行了计算分析。结果表明,影响现场混装乳化炸药爆破技术成本的主要因素为孔网参数、起爆器材、现场漏药、炸药未充分发泡、地面站工艺损耗及起爆网路等。文中还提出了成本控制措施,以供同类模式参考。
Abstract:
In the paper, the cost factors for site mixed emulsion explosive are analyzed respectively from the manufacture to blasting construction. The weight values of each factor to affect cost are calculated and analyzed by improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results show that the main factors to affect blasting cost for site mixed emulsion explosive are spacing pattern parameters, initiating materials, leaking explosive on site, frothing inadequately for explosive, technical wasting at ground station and initiating network. Some measures for the cost control are advised, which can provide a reference for the similar works.
