摘要:
文中介绍了铅丹-硅系电引火药头的配方,通过试验对氯酸钾-木炭系电引火药头和铅丹-硅系电引火药头性能进行了对比分析。经试验和批量生产表明,铅丹-硅系引火药头性能优良,质量稳定可靠,发火同步性好,秒量精度高,安全系数高。用该引火药头装配的电雷管,产品质量达到了GB8031《工业电雷管》标准规定的要求。
Abstract:
A formula of the fusehead for the red leadsilicon type is introduced in this paper. The performances are analyzed by tests between the chloratecarbon type and the red leadsilicon type. After the performance test and putting into production, it is proved that the fusehead of the red leadsilicon type is excellent in performance, stable in quality, good in firing synchronism, high in precision accuracy of delay time and high in safety factor. The quality of products of electric detonators assembled with these fuseheads can fully attain the specified requirements in the national standard of GB8031 for industrial electric detonator.
