摘要:
通过探索试验对球状K·D(Ⅱ)不同的工艺路线进行了试验分析。工艺条件的优选涉及到加料方式、化合温度、加料时间、pH值、晶形控制剂5个方面的研究。重点对球状K·D(Ⅱ)复盐起爆药的性能进行了测试,研究结果可以为高端工业雷管提供一种高可靠性的起爆药。
Abstract:
Synthesis routes of prilling K·D (Ⅱ) are analyzed through exploring experiments. Material adding manner, reaction temperature, material adding time, pH value and reactant to control crystal shape are studied to gain the optimizing process conditions. The performance of prilling K·D (Ⅱ) double salt primary explosives are chiefly tested. The results provide a primary explosive with high reliability that can be used in advanced industrial detonator.
