文章研究了用扁平式气流粉碎机对高氯酸铵(AP)进行超细化粉碎, 探索出了最佳粉碎工艺条件,制备了平均粒度为2μm的超细高氯酸铵(AP)粉体;分析了高氯酸铵(AP)超细粉碎过程中静电产生的原因,提出了消除静电积累方法,保证了粉碎过程安全。
Abstract:
This paper deals with making the superfine powder of AP(ammonium perchlorate) by jet mill. Best technological conditions were got from the result of the experiments. The superfine powder of AP(its particle size is 2 μm) was got by crushing in best technological conditions. The electrostatic problem during AP crushing was analyzed, and the way to eliminate electrostatic was found to ensure the security in crushing process.
