摘要:
在雷管填装流水线生产过程中,经常出现工序之间作业不平衡现象。由于雷管填装生产的特殊性,可采用工序同期化理论,确定流水线节拍,评测雷管填装生产线,进而改进工艺布局,提高了生产效率。
Abstract:
In the detonator assembling line, unbalance phenomenon was often presented between the working procedures. Due to the speciality of detonator assembling line, the homochronous procedure theory was used to confirm assembling line beat, to evaluate the detonator assembling line, and so as to improve process layout design and raise the production efficiency.
