文章研究了用双向旋转球磨机制备硅粉超细粉体的技术,介绍了双向旋转球磨机粉碎原理,详细分析了双向旋转球磨机筒体及内搅拌器转速、球料比、研磨时间、磨球尺寸等工艺参数对硅粉超细粉体产品粒度影响。通过实验探索出了最佳工艺条件,制备了粒度为D90=2.82μm的硅粉超细粉体产品,满足了高性能点火药及延期药的需要。

This paper deals with how to make superfine silicon powder used for ignition composition by grinding mill with double rotating directions .The principle of grinding mill with double rotating directions was introduced and the effect of various technological conditions (for example, the rotating speed of the disperse device and barrel body of grinding mill with double rotating directions, the mass ratio of grinding balls and reducing agent material, grinding time, the diameter of grinding balls) on the particle granularity of silicon powder was studied. Best technological conditions were got from the result of the experiment. The superfine silicon powder (its particle size is D90=2.82μm) was got by grinding in best technological condition, which can meet the need of high quality ignition composition and firing delay agent.
