着重介绍氯化法生产乳化炸药用聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺生产工艺的控制要点，通过对通氯压力、反应温度、气提时间等方面的控制，使产品的得率保持较高水平，生产的聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺产品质量较好且保持稳定，满足乳化炸药的要求。

This paper emphasi zes the main points of controlling the chlorination production process of polyis obutenylene-bis-succinimide which is used in producing emulsion explosive．Th rough the control of pressure of chlorine，reaction temperature， and the time of air stripping，the high yield of the product can be reached． Meanwhile， th e obtained polyisobutylene-bis-succinimide has high quality and stability，an d can satisfies the requirements of emulsion explosive．
